The Site is owned and operated by FMA Data Solutions B.V., operating under the trade name Forex Fundamentals (hereinafter, the “Company”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site.

1. General Terms

(1) Acceptance.

By using or accessing the Site, you acknowledge that (a) you have received, read, and understood these Terms and Conditions, which form a valid and binding agreement enforceable against you; (b) you will comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional rules, regulations, or policies the Company may implement in its sole discretion; and (c) your use of the Site will comply with all applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.

(2) User Representations.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (b) you are not currently restricted from using the Site; (c) you are not a competitor of the Company and are not engaged in any business or activity that could be deemed competitive with the Company; (d) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and doing so does not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (e) you will not infringe upon any rights of the Company, including its intellectual property rights; and (f) you agree to provide, operate, and maintain—at your own risk, cost, and expense—all equipment, software, and internet access necessary to use the Site.

(3) Prohibited Activities.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree (a) not to promote, offer for sale, or sell any product or service on the Site without explicit permission; (b) not to send unauthorized commercial communications (spam) or other unsolicited materials through the Site; (c) not to access the Site using automated means such as bots, spiders, or scrapers; (d) not to engage in any multi-level marketing, including pyramid schemes, on the Site; (e) not to upload or distribute viruses, malicious code, or similar technologies; (f) not to solicit login credentials or personal information of other users; (g) not to bully, intimidate, or harass other persons; (h) not to post content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic, that incites violence, or that is otherwise objectionable; (i) not to take any action that could disable, overburden, or impair the operation of the Site; (j) not to engage in manipulative practices that obscure the intent of your submissions; and (k) not to publicly share your account credentials or make them available to any third party.

A violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription, account, or access to the Site. The Company may also terminate your subscription plan if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchases and Refunds

(1) Accepted Payment Methods.

You must provide a valid, accepted payment method (for example, credit card, PayPal, or any other method supported by the Company) to complete your purchase. Fees or charges are due immediately upon purchase or as otherwise stated at checkout.

(2) Individual Product Purchases.

When you purchase an individual product, (a) your chosen payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, and (b) you will receive digital or streaming access to the product, with no physical copies provided.

(3) Subscription Purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, (a) you must provide a valid payment method for recurring billing; (b) if a free trial is offered, then upon expiry of that trial, the fees for the first subscription term (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) will be charged; (c) unless you cancel before the end of the current term, your subscription will automatically renew at then-current rates; and (d) if your payment is declined for any reason, the Company may immediately terminate your subscription or account.

(5) Taxes.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties, which remain your responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

3. Disclaimer

(1) Educational Purpose Only.

The content on the Site is provided solely for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. The Company is not a Registered Investment Advisor and is not licensed or registered with any financial regulatory authority.
