Hayley Gourley is an external member of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand’s Monetary Policy Committee, appointed for a four-year term beginning on 1 October 2025. She was Agri Divisional Manager for Skellerup Industries Limited from 2019 to 2023 and worked at Rabobank for more than 17 years, including as General Manager, Country Banking New Zealand. She holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of London/Imperial College and a Bachelor of Applied Economics in Agricultural Economics from Massey University. Source ↗
