Emmanuel Moulin was appointed Governor of the Banque de France in May 2026. Earlier, he held posts at the French Treasury, the World Bank, the Paris Club and Citigroup, and served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Economic Recovery and as Director General of the Treasury. He graduated from ENA in 1996 and also holds degrees from Sciences-Po, Essec and the University of Paris II. Source ↗
