Olli Rehn has been Governor and Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Finland since 12 July 2018, and is a member of the European Central Bank’s Governing Council. He was European Commission Vice-President from 2011 to 2014, with responsibility for Economic and Monetary Affairs from 2010 to 2014, and served as Finland’s Minister of Economic Affairs in 2015–2016. He holds a doctorate in international political economy from the University of Oxford and a Master of Social Sciences in political science from the University of Helsinki. Source ↗
