Frank Elderson has been a member of the European Central Bank’s Executive Board since 2020 and has been Vice-Chair of its Supervisory Board since 2021. He was a member of De Nederlandsche Bank’s Executive Board from 2011 to 2020 and of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision from 2018 to 2020; he holds a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School and a master’s degree in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam.
